Khubani Ka Metha

INGREDIENTS:
khubani
=
half kg
fresh cream
=
1 packet
custard powder
=
 3-4 tbsp
milk
=
1 kg
sugar
=
to taste
almond pista
=
4-4 tbsp

  PREPARATION:
  sab se pehle khubani ko raat mai pani mai bhigone rakh dain or subha use boil hone rakh dain or jab bilkul goda ban jay to us ki ghotliya nikal dain or us mai 9 se 10 tbsp sugar dal dain . Or jab khubani tayar ho jay to use cool hone dain . 
Ab dosri taraf aik degchi mai milk dal kar boil hone dain jb boil ho jay to us mai sugar dal dain or thori deer bad is mai custard shamil kar lain or jab ye gaara hone lage to use b cool hone dain jab dono thande ho jay to aik bowl mai pehle half custard dal dain phir us kay uper khubani sari daal dain or phir us k uer half cream dalain ab is mai bacha howa custard dalain or us kay uper sari cream dal kar covered karlain or last mai badam piston se decorate karain or khub cool kar kay khain.
